About Me
My name is Ann (Annie) Vincent and I am a qualified Crystal Healing Practitioner. I received my training from Philip Permutt in St Albans.
My interest and love of crystals has been life long and in the past I have received many Crystal Healing sessions, which I found to be very beneficial. I am a wife, mother and grandmother and worked for many years as a qualified Dental Nurse in several practices. I have always been drawn to work with people in a caring capacity and feel that with many different life experiences and my resulting maturity, I can now offer something of deep value to others through Crystal Healing.
What is Crystal Healing? Does it work?
Crystal healing is an alternative holistic therapy that works in the human energy field. Crystals carry their own unique vibrational energy which when placed on a person's body will align the energy field of an individual and bring it into balance. When this happens it is possible for someone to feel better on all levels; physically, emotionally and mentally.
This wonderful holistic therapy is not meant to be a replacement to conventional medical care but I do believe it has a place in developing a sense of wellbeing, which is so important in today's world with all the stresses and strains of everyday living.

Crystal Healing Sessions
Working from my home in Tasburgh, south of Norwich, I provide a quiet and relaxing space in which you will receive this wonderful holistic therapy. A full explanation of the process and consultation will be undertaken before the session commences and there will be an opportunity for discussion upon completion, all in complete confidence.
I offer daytime and evening appointments.
Sessions last approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes depending on your needs.
The cost is £30 per session.

Crystal Workshops
I regularly run group workshops on Crystals and Crystal Healing. These are run as a full day workshop with refreshments provided. Attendees are required to bring their own packed lunch. Workshops will be advertised both on this website and on my business Facebook page Crystal Moments.
